OPTiMETER-U line

The OPTíMETER-U  is designed for continuous metering of fibres with up to 1200 kg/ h per component.
The density of the fibres in the tower is controlled by ultrasonic sensors.
The production is determined by servo-driven extraction rolls.
The blend is done in a common pipe with small tufts, not by intermittent big drops of weigh pans.
